Copper Sulphate Producing Process

1.We use alkali liquor to adjust the pH level of solder stripping wastewater, making it gel-like sludge     and then filter it with plate-and-frame filter press, so that it becomes cake tins with lower     moisture content. The wastewater is discharged to wastewater processing zone for processing.
2. We use rotary oven to heat up the heavy oil, evaporating the moisture contained in the cake tin     and making it dry oxidized tin.
3.We mix dry oxidized tin with reducing agent and slag former properly, and we put it into a furnace     at 1400-1600 ° C, undergoing the reduction-oxidation reaction and turning oxidized tin and     compounds into metal.
4. We use silicide-containing slag formers in the reduction-oxidation reaction. The slag former and     ferric oxides mix up with each other, and then turning to a higher melting point compound. The     compound is discharged as a form of slag, its impurities will be removed.
5. Copper compounds are contained in crude tin ingots. We add decoppering agent to the furnace.     The ingots undergo reaction under the 250-320 ° C temperature. They interact with copper and     decoppering agent and come out as furnace slag.

We operate the process repeatedly until the copper content reaches CNS standards (Cu         <0.001%), measured with the tin spectrometer made in Germany.

Accepting Standard (Solder Stripping Wastewater)

A. We use Simple Determination to see that:
      1.If  the color and appearance of solder stripping wastewater look different with the usual one.
      2.If it contains other solid debris.
      3. If the density is enough by applying Hydrometer method.


B. Component Analysis:
      Test items are tin, lead, copper and iron.

C. Acceptance Criteria: 
      Weight> 1.3
      Tin content > 50,000 mg / L
      Copper content<10,000 mg/L
      Accepting Standard (tin-lead slag waste)


A. We use Simple Determination to see that:
    1. If the color and appearance of tin-lead slag waste looks different with the usual one.
    2. If it contains any other impurities which affects the weight.

B. Component Analysis:
    Test items are tin, lead, copper.

C. Acceptance criteria: 

    Tin content>55%
    Copper content<1%

Usage: tin, tin balls, solder wires and other tin products.
